- We'll reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Send the product back in its original condition. Once we receive it, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Damaged product or wrong item
Send us a photo of the product you received. We'll send you the right item or refund you, without you having to send it back.
