Terms and conditions of sale
The latelierpom.com website and the L'Atelier Pom brand are operated by Norwick Partners LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico (USA), file number 3173959, with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. These terms apply to any order placed on latelierpom.com ("L'Atelier Pom", "we"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Products
We sell grooming tools for dogs. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Product photos are as accurate as possible; some lifestyle photos, particularly of dogs, are illustrations. Our advice and articles are for information only and do not replace the advice of a vet or a groomer.
2. Prices
Prices include all taxes and are shown in the displayed currency. Shipping is free to the countries we deliver to. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. The applicable price is the one displayed when you confirm your order.
3. Orders
You choose your products, check your cart, enter your details and confirm your payment. Your order is confirmed by a summary email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a payment problem, an incomplete address or a stock shortage; you are then refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, using the options offered at checkout. Your account is charged when the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on the Shipping page. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after ordering. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order ships. In case of a significant delay or a lost parcel, write to us: we'll find a solution, in line with our returns and refunds policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The details are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
7. Guarantees
Our products are covered by the legal guarantees provided by the law of your country of residence, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or not as described, write to us from the contact page.
8. Using the products
Use our tools gently and in line with the advice given on the site. Never force a knot or a matted coat: in that case, take your dog to a groomer. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from inappropriate use.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logos and graphic elements of the site are protected. Any reproduction without our permission is prohibited.
10. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
11. Customer service and disputes
For any question or complaint, write to us from the contact page: we reply within 2 business days and always look for an amicable solution. These terms do not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date of the order.
