Most brushes glide over a Pomeranian's coat. This one goes into it.

Its fine, tightly packed steel pins pass through the topcoat to reach the undercoat, where knots begin. Brush section by section, until you can see the skin.

Its 11 cm head is deliberately compact: wide enough to move quickly along the back, small enough to get behind the ears and under the legs of a dog weighing just a few kilos.
